Responsibility

Planning, organizing and directing human resources to achieve its goals and objectives in view of the board’s philosophy and mission, organization of local and foreign graduate training courses related to human resource development, recruitment, appointment and promotion, the same procedures and salaries and personnel affairs, Implementation of transfer process and employee grievance related activities, trade union activities, problem solving and decision making activities, general administrative activities of the Board and implementation of office procedures.

Implementation and management of administrative, logistics, storage and transportation activities of the board, implementation of disciplinary activities, human resource management activities, human resource development activities, salary and staff number activities, human resource development activities, salary and employee number activities, implementation of union activities.
